[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.4.6″]From the event announcement:
With over 15 years in the construction industry, Mrs. Ramadan has managed construction jobs in most industries: retail, office, medical, dental, assembly, and hospitality. From small projects to multi-million projects, her expertise is emphasized in cost control while maintaining project deadlines. DBG has been a 6-time recipient of OKC’s Metro 50’s Fastest Growing Company as well as been listed in Inc 500/5000 for 5 years. She has recently spearheaded a new venture for her firm in becoming a developer.
Highlight construction projects: Chase Bank, Thunder Retail Store, State at Norman Apartments, Chick-Fil-A, Zaxby’s, and Dunlap Codding. Her community involvement includes Junior League of Oklahoma City, Rotary Club 29, and Board Member at Heartline in addition to her 5 years on the Taste for Sight Committee for Prevent Blindness. She is a Member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization and Women’s President Organization. She was named OKC’s 40 Under 40 in 2011 by OKCBiz Magazine and a Journal Records Top 50 Women Making a Difference 2018. She is an Oklahoma State University Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Designer and an MBA from University of Oklahoma as well as a graduate of the Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Business Entrepreneurship Program and Tuck Business School Executive Program at Dartmouth University.
Her personal philosophy is shaped by her parents who taught her, “Where there’s a Will there’s a Way” combined with her saying “Set up for Success”. Her belief is firmly rooted completing a project thoroughly and properly while setting those around you up for success. As the saying goes, ‘there’s no “I” in team’ and Together Everyone Accomplishes More (TEAM). As Desmond Tutu always said, “Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.”
